THERMOCELL In Depth: Equipment and Material Requirements

Goodcell Foam Generators - Manufactured by G&AI, the Goodcell foam generator is used in conjunction with all Goodcell products. The production of Goodcell Foam is not necessarily limited to use of Goodcell Foam Generators. Foam generator size can vary with requirements for production. Foam generators can be situated at a centrally located batching facility, or the foam can be applied on-site.

THERMOCELL Liquid Admixtures - A group of biodegradable products, available through G&AI, and matched to meet specific project requirements. Foam admixtures consist of synthetic and natural, and, non-animal protein based reagents that can be blended for customized characteristics, to support a variety of unique applications. THERMOCELL admixtures are EPA approved for underground injection.

Fly Ash - The use of THERMOCELL is subject to the availability of “Type F” fly ash.

In-Line Mixer - A mechanical mixer developed by G&AI can be used to simultaneously inject and mix pre-generated foam into a pumped grout stream. The In-Line Mixer supports continuous production of THERMOCELL, instead of batch processing, for high production applications.
