Construction/Building Industry
The incorporation of a high fly ash content (Typically 50% or greater) in THERMOCELL mix designs, provides a building construction material with substantially increased fire resistant properties. THERMOCELL can be used for construction and building applications in the same manner as FOAMCELL, with added thermal insulation characteristics.

Mining Industry
Coal Fire Suppression by direct application on the burning material through boreholes, fractures and vents is a proven application of THERMOCELL. Flowability and high-heat resistance combine to extinguish mine, outcrop and stockpile fires through encapsulation, cooling and oxygen deprivation with a high degree of safety.
